Sunday afternoon's project

This didn't turn out quite like I wanted.  I wish that I could capture how pretty the textured white cs looks!

I layered Old Olive, Riding Hood Red, Certainly Celery, White and a sheet from the Riding Hood Red Paper Patterns ds. The white layer was run through the BS using the Small Dots Texturz plate -- the contrast is lovely IRL! The ribbons are layered and the RHR taffeta ribbon has a white rub-on from Lovely Lines.

The flower was cut apart, shaded with by sponging the edges and reassembled. A white gel pen was used to highlight the lines between the layers. The center of the flower was created with beads and the white dots on both the flower and the leaves were highlighted with Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

Stamps: Bella Blooms

Paper: Old Olive, Riding Hood Red, Certainly Celery, White, RHR Paper Patterns ds

Ink: Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose, Bravo Burgundy, Certainly Celery, Always Artichoke, Riding Hood Red

Accessories: Big Shot, Small Dots Texturz plate, Old Olive 5/8" grosgrain ribbon, Riding Hood Red taffeta ribbon, Lovely Lines rub-ons, Dazzling Diamonds glitter, 3/4" square punch, rhinestone brads, sponges, dimensionals

So many lovely details! That texture is hard to capture on film, isn't it?!! I noticed the rubon on the ribbon right away- great touch! The flower is beautifully done as well! Way to go!
